HSAA APL Collective Agreement Article 1.03
An employee whose employment has terminated prior to the signing of this Collective Agreement is eligible to receive retroactively any increase(s) to basic hourly salary schedules that they would have received but for the termination of employment, upon the submission of a written application to the Employer within ninety (90) calendar days of the ratification of the Collective Agreement.
Key Dates - Deadline to request January 26, 2023.
- 1% wage increase on hours worked effective April 1, 2022
Employees who terminated after April 1, 2022 and prior to November 3, 2022 are eligible to submit a request for retroactive payment. Paid approximately 3 weeks after January 26, 2023.
- 1% COVID Recognition payment on all hours worked January 1, 2021 to December 31, 2021
Employees who terminated after January 1, 2021 and prior to Nov 3, 2022 are eligible to submit a request for retroactive payment. Paid approximately 3 weeks after January 26, 2023.
When submitting your request either via Canada Post or email, please indicate Employee Name, Employee ePeople ID number, Termination Date and Mailing Address if address has changed since date of termination. Payment will be provided approximately 3 weeks after the end of the 90 day calendar period.
