Lab Supply Ordering Portal
As part of the integration of community lab services from the former DynaLIFE to Alberta Precision Laboratories, a new province-wide community provider online lab supply ordering portal will be implemented beginning April 1, 2024.
This new online ordering portal, similar to what community providers were using with DynaLIFE, will serve as a convenient and efficient way for community providers to order the necessary in-clinic lab test collection supplies for their patients.
As part of this change, community providers are required to go through an account verification process with AHS to access the new AHS ordering portal.

Accessing the Lab Supply Ordering Portal
All community providers are required to contact cpsmoperations.eoc@ahs.ca as soon as possible so they can be verified and issued login credentials.
Once login credentials have been assigned, information about the ordering portal and processes will be provided.
This credentialing step is essential; failure to do so will result in the inability to access or order clinical lab test supplies.
No additional costs will be incurred by community ordering providers as part of this transition.
